Osmo Natural Oil Woodstain adds transparent color and weather protection to exterior vertical wood. It is suited to siding, fences, screens, pergolas, garden structures and similar surfaces where the grain should remain visible. It is not intended as a deck walking-surface finish.

How to apply
The wood must be clean, dry and frost-free, with moisture content no higher than 20%. Stir thoroughly and do not thin. If possible, apply the first coat to all sides before installation.
Brush or roll on a thin, even coat in the direction of the grain and spread it well. Let it dry for 4–6 hours with good ventilation, then apply the second coat just as thinly. For later maintenance, one coat on a clean, dry and intact finish is normally sufficient.
A final clear coat of UV-Protection Oil Extra 420 can extend service life after the color coats have fully dried, except over White 900.
Good to know
This product contains active ingredients and is for exterior use only. Transparent colors change with the underlying wood, and pale tones provide less UV protection in strong sun. Pressure-washed wood may need two to three weeks of drying before finishing.
