Osmo Wood Wax Finish gives interior wood anything from a light transparent wash to a stronger, more solid color. It works well on furniture, doors, trim, paneling, beams, MDF and other interior wood. It may also be used on flooring, but a floor requires a clear Polyx-Oil topcoat to protect the color.

Application methods
Furniture and woodwork: Stir well. Apply a thin, even coat with an applicator fleece, bristle brush or non-abrasive white pad, working with the grain. For transparent color, wipe away excess with a clean lint-free cloth or white pad after 15–20 minutes. For a more intensive color, leave the first coat to dry and apply a second thin coat. Do not exceed two Wood Wax Finish coats in this application.
Flooring: Apply one thin color coat with an Osmo Double Blade Scraper, then buff it evenly with a single-disc machine and non-abrasive white pad. Let it dry for 12–24 hours. Finish with one or two coats of clear Polyx-Oil to protect the pigment. Do not apply a second Wood Wax Finish color coat on flooring.
Wood Wax Finish colors may be blended with one another. Record the exact ratio so repairs can be matched later, and do not cross-mix it with a different Osmo product line.
Good to know
Application tool and coat thickness have a major effect on color. Always make a sample on the prepared project wood before finishing the full surface.
